If you are transferring files to your Mac computer simply open the OK folder, inside Finders iCloud Drive folder and the files will be there. To transfer from your Mac to your iOS device simply do the reverse operation.
2) OK for iOS also works as an extension to iOSs Photos.app. Just open Photos, choose the pictures you want to transfer and tap the OK for iCloud icon. Just that. Piece of cake!
